When can I wear heels again after a Brazilian Butt Lift?

Hello, when is a good time frame to start wearing heels after bbl? Iam 5weeks an 3 days post op and have started work again, my job requires me to dress Business wear an with that comes my heels (I don't own a pair of flats) an didn't think of this until yesterday... thanks for your advice!

For most patients strenuous activity can be resumed in 6 weeks. After 6 weeks the fat has revascularized, and they will have a very good idea of their final result.

While the majority of patients are advised to refrain from sitting, lying, or otherwise putting direct pressure on their backside for a minimum of 4 weeks following BBL surgery, this is done to maximize the surgical result. The choice of footwear has no 'hard and fast' rules, but we advise patients to wear sensible shoes that they will fell steady on for the first 4 weeks because they are often standing for more than usual. We prefer standing to sitting, and advocate using a BBL pillow when sitting. It is very hard to stand in heels for prolonged stretches. After 4 weeks patients are free to use any footwear that they want. Again, this is not a 'rule' but an advisement. All the best! I understand your concern. It is best that you consult your plastic surgeon regarding post operative care and management (i.e including massage techniques and timing) specific to your case. Your surgeon knows your condition well and has preferences on when and what to use for faster healing and recovery. Post operative care and management depends on the type of surgery performed and the technique used during surgery among other factors.It is best, however, that you follow your plastic surgeon's advice on post operative care management for a smooth and faster healing and recovery.

Each plastic surgeon will have their own postoperative protocol. I am not heard I’m wearing high heels as being an issue for a BBL. If you want to know your providers opinion then you should contact him or her.
