Thank you for your question. Based on your photos, you appear to be a great candidate for breast augmentation. The size and type of implant that you choose will depend on your desired level of fullness. It is difficult to make a recommendation about size of implants without a proper consultation. Many board certified plastic surgeons offer technology that can do 3D simulation breast imaging so patients can view outcomes not only related to their breasts, but to the entire body as well. I recommend discussing these options with your board certified plastic surgeon, who can individualize your treatment plan.

Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let them explain why one technique may be better than another.

Your breasts have a nice shape to them.  The position is very natural but not as high as some people.  Nonetheless, you should have a beautiful result from a breast augmentation.To get the fullness that you want it is possible that the upper edge of the implant may be visible, even if you go under the muscle.  One thing that I do is place a small amount of fat in the upper portion of the breast to better conceal the implant.  In my opinion it creates the best looking implant based augmentation in a thinner person.  It will also give you a bit more fullness in the upper breast.  It may also give the illusion of elevating the breast a bit. This technique is newer and not done by many surgeons yet.  I have used it in perhaps hundreds of breast surgeries and am very pleased. Ask your surgeon about having this done.

for a breast augmentation.  The size, profile, and shape of the
implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.  This entire surgery
can be performed with a small incision technique.  Make sure you
specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have
had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Hello and thank you for your question and photos. You appear to be an excellent candidate for a breast augmentation. This procedure will give you the upper pole fullness you are looking for.  I would suggest high or ultra high silicone implants to achieve your goals. As for the size, this requires a in person consultation to discuss what your size "wishlist ". Implant size is based on your anatomical features as well such as chest wall size and breast diameter. Tissue quality can also have a factor in sizing as well. Lastly, Make sure that you see a board certified plastic surgeon for your consultation.

Thanks for your question. I think the position of your implant its ok. The wish picture look like implant that they have way more projection than the one you had. For all the wish picture the projection look like High profile implant , i will suggest to discuss with your surgeon about which implant you had and what was your expectation. Good luck

Everyones breasts are situated at a slightly different position on the chest.  This is just anatomical variation.

It is important to have an in-person medical assessment regarding this issue as it is difficult to determine virtually.  
There are many different factors that go into choosing a breast implant size which will correspond with your body dimensions while concurrently achieving your aesthetic results. Some of these factors are: Implant size (CC's), Implant profile (Low, Moderate, High), Placement of the implant (Subglandular vs. Dual Plane) etc. We utilize smooth round cohesive silicone gel 'gummy bear' implants for the best results.  
During a consultation your aesthetic goals are heard and taken into account with the measurements of your breasts and the integrity of your tissue, as well as level of ptosis (sag). From here we collectively can find your 'perfect fit'.
