For best results to this area, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Though both treatments will work it is best to discuss the best option with your surgeon after an in-person examination of the tissues. The greater the amount of fat removal needed, and the greater the asymmetry, the better liposuction would work.  Hope this helps.

Kybella is a bit over hyped in the ads.  It works but it is really expensive for what it does. In the study used to obtain FDA approval, 60% of patients in the study required all 6 treatments at one month intervals.  At the end of that series of treatments, 40% of patients were disappointed with the results. It is likely that Kybella could be used in an off label fashion here. However, you are asking a doctor to do an experiment on you, a very expensive experiment.  I recommend just having liposuction on this. It will definitely be less expensive and much more likely to accomplish what you are looking for.

Liposuction is the gold standard but for patients who don't want to deal with surgery or can't due to health reasons, Kybella is quite effective off label for treating bra roll and/or arm pit fat. It will, however, take multiple treatments. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to be examined and discuss options. 

Both Kybella and Liposuction will work for the upper breast fat deposits.Liposuction will be a  single treatment but Kybella will take multiple treatments.

While many doctors are starting to offer Kybella off-label in areas like the armpits, bra rolls, knees, male breast, and love handles, it still remains an overall inferior treatment when compared to liposuction for the money. Some of these areas can be easily treated with lipo under local anesthesia, which is likely to be on par from a pricing standpoint to a course of Kybella. Of course, if you are squeamish about having a surgical procedure done, you might opt for Kybella with a doctor who offers it off-label. However, consider that you are likely to have to have about the same number and kinds of local anesthesia shots to numb the area for Kybella injection as you would for lipo under local, so the experience is not likely to be much different but the result from lipo is likely to be superior.

Thanks for your question and posting a picture.  Kybella would be expensive and take several treatments.  You should consider an "off-label" SculpSure treatment.  We have treated this area and have gotten good results, non-invasively.  Best of luck.

yes it can. It's expensive and takes multiple treatments, it is easier to do a little liposuction under local anesthetic in a exam chair, which would probably have less down time and be cheaper, but kybella would work.
