I have a very large bulge of armpit fat that is asymmetrical after having a lump removed from my breast. Which would be a good treatment to get rid of this? Or is too large of an area to be treated off label it's kybella?

The amount of treatments recommended are based on results for improvement. It is unlikely that Kybella injections will cause a build up of scar tissue that will negatively impact your results. Keep in mind, a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with non-invasive options ...
I am sorry to hear that you have experienced Kybella induced hair loss. While the hair does typically grow back within 6 months, every individual is different. I still think it would prudent for you to schedule an appointment with your cosmetic dermatologist or surgeon to discuss.
I am so sorry that you are experiencing excessive post injection swelling. I would definitely have your surgeon file a report with Allergan. However, I wouldn't worry about this being permanent. As long as the area is still hard to the touch then the Kybella is working. Your body is just taking...
