What are my options to correct my neck after bad results with Kybella? (photo)

Question

My doctor suggested I do not get a third Kybella treatment but I'm very unhappy with the results. He believes if I get a third one, it will make things look worse. What are my options? It looks like I have wholes in my chin.

Thank you for your question. This is not a common response to Kybella. I highly recommend that you seek the advice of a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon. You will more than likely require liposuction to the neck to even out those irregularities. I hope this helps.

I am sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience with Kybella. Although you didn't provide "before" photos, my guess from this photo is that you were not an ideal candidate. You probably need something surgical. I would suggest that you schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to be examined in person. If you have "before" photos, bring those to your consult.

I am sorry you are unhappy with your results from Kybella.  This is an unusual response.  I would recommend that you seek a consultation with a physician who specializes in aesthetic medicine.  You may need minimally invasive liposuction in order to smooth these irregularities.  Or, if he or she feels that the Kybella was administered unevenly, you may be able to have Kybella injected into the places where fat remains.  Best of luck to you.

Would like to see a before treatment pic?? Sometimes the selection of a candidate is more important than expertise in injecting this mixture. My guess is you were not an acceptable candidate for non surgical/ non invasive treatments. Now you need only in person opinions from boarded private practice PSs. Expect the need for a full open neck lift operation. I also recommend you contact Allergen consumer complaints department to start a file and request referral to an Allergen recommended PS. The concept is Allergan is a very caring company and maybe they will offer you help in correcting the issue...
