Was hit with a hockey ball it hit 3 front teeth. One of my front teeth is a crown and it is really painful I can't bite on it or even touching it with my tongue is painful, do i need it xrayed ?

Trauma that occurs to teeth should be evaluated by a Dentist and X-rays should be taken.   The teeth need to be evaluated to see if there is any fracture in the tooth or bone.  The tooth could be in pain because the the trauma injured the nerve and or ligaments surrounding the tooth.  If the tooth is loose it may need to be reinforced and splinted for some time as it heals. In the mean time do not touch it and don't bite anything from your front teeth. Have a Dentist take a look at it.

If you were hit in the mouth with a hockey puck you definately need to have your teeth xrayed and evaluated by a dentist.

about your accident, the good news is that it is possible to have the pain go
away and get your smile back. 
I would definitely recommend getting x-rays taken to check the condition of
your teeth and make sure that you haven’t fractured your bone or tooth under
your current crown, which could be the cause of your pain. You need to have a
dentist give you a full evaluation and treatment plan as soon as possible.
