You should have a dentist look at it and see if it is a cavity or a stain.  without a picture or radiograph it is hard to give you a good opinion.

An implant is usually the treatment of choice , but a 3 unit bridge is a fine options and more cost effective if a crown is needed on one of the teeth anyway.  With that said , in my own mouth I would chose the implant.

Can I eat with an Essix Appliance?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
I tell my patients to o lay wear the Essex appliance for esthetics.  They should not eat with it.  Once the implants are placed you will need to discuss with your dentist if you are a candidate for immediate temporaries

Typically the implants will be placed and you will continue to wear your denture as is until implants are healed and integrated with the bone.   Then the implant will be attached to the implants for support.  Usually 3 months after implant placement
