I have recently started to notice that my right eyelid has become droopy. I did have my eyebrow pierced years ago but only started to notice this. Is this something I can approach my doctor with and what could be causing it?

Answer: Drooping eyelid It looks like some mild ptosis of the upper eyelid. If this interferes with your vision or is cosmetically unacceptable, you may be a candidate for repair. As ptosis repair is a relatively difficult operation, it should only be performed by a surgeon experience with this type of surgery. In general, this would be best handled by an oculoplastic surgeon.
