I noticed my droopy upper eyelid at age 30. What treatment would you recommend? (photos)

You appear to have a ptosis of the left upper lid.  Because of this your left brow is higher as it elevates to try and open the eye more.  Your right brow stays at the same level, so you have some extra skin on this side.  See an oculoplastic surgeon so they can evaluate your muscle function and decide what surgical procedures would best help you with symmetry.      

I would be weary of any surgery just yet. A medical work up by your primary doctor is appropriate. If all is well I would see a oculoplastuc surgeon for ptosis repair. A simple blepharoplasty might make your high place eyelid crease more visible. 

It appears that you have ptosis of the left upper eyelid.  This can develop over time and is correctable with surgery.  I would suggest an evaluation by an oculoplastic surgeon.  There are different approaches depending on your exam and this needs to be done by a surgeon with experience.

It looks like some mild ptosis of the upper eyelid. If this interferes with your vision or is cosmetically unacceptable, you may be a candidate for repair. As ptosis repair is a relatively difficult operation, it should only be performed by a surgeon experience with this type of surgery. In general, this would be best handled by an oculoplastic surgeon. 

From your photo, it appears that you may have some ptosis of your droopy eyelid.  This can be corrected with surgery.  I would recommend seeing an oculoplastic surgeon to be evaluated and see if you might be a good candidate for surgical repair.  

The drooping eyelid  is related to a droopy eyebrow above  it. When the  eyebrows are asymmetrical, the eyelids will also be asymmetrical. An asymmetrical upper blepharoplasty  with more skin removed from the  hooded side can help balance out the eyelids. For many examples, please see the link below
