Full MMO with extended TT, (possible BA/BL) and BBL. Im currently taking 1000mg vitamin C, 325mg iron supplement... Just started taking 3 Tablespoons 3 times daily of sss tonic, 4 capsules of hema-plex daily and beet root caps

Hello, thank you for your inquiry! Its a bit short to raise hemoglobin levels, it would be best to reschedule surgery at least another week or so, you can also ask your doctor about having the IRON via IV for quicker results. Best of luck!

If you are considering a surgery with that low hemoglobine levels I recommend to re-schedule your surgery. No doctor will recommend this or work on you, that would totally put you on high risk. Remember this: safety first. You could take iron suplements and eat high on antioxidants and iron and talk with your plastic surgeon about the things you can do to get it higher.

Not likely.  Ask your board certified plastic surgeon if he recommends that you postpone your BBL until your hemoglobin reaches a satisfactory level.  You are following the correct course to increase your hemoglobin level:  iron pills and Vit C.  Also add dark leafy veggies, liver, lentils, almonds, dried apricots, beets, and other high iron foods to your diet.

However, your particular mommy makeover surgery is more extensive than usual because you are adding BBL to the mix.
