I just found out I have helicobacter pylori and am being treated. Is it OK to have breast augmentation in a month's time ?

An ulcer is something that you should discuss with your anesthesiologist before the surgery.  Patients with Peptic Ulcer disease may have increased levels of reflux.  Some anesthesiologists will give you meds to decrease acid production prior to surgery.

A month out from HP treatment you should be perfectly fine to have breast augmentation however you definitely need to let your surgeon and the anesthesiologist know about your history.  Good luck!!!

Thank you very much for your question.H pylori is a common bacteria, and isn't likely to leave your stomach and affect your breast implant surgery.  If your GI has cleared you, and your surgeon is aware and thinks it's ok, then you should be all set.  Best of luck!
