Diflucan 9 days before breast augmentation...

I would recommend that you clear your yeast infection before surgery.  You may want to notify your plastic surgeon of your situation.

a short course of antibiotics/antifungals to be cleared along with plenty of hydration and
cranberry juice which are good natural adjuncts. It is best not to jeopardize your
surgery with an active or under treated infection, so it is best to go see
(or call) your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for his/her specific

Thank you very much for your question.I would ask your surgeon about this.  I would take the diflucan for the infection, but the bigger question is whether or not your surgeon wants to place a breast implant in somebody with a recent infection.  Best of luck!

If your yeast infection clears, then it probably will not be a problem. Best to review with your surgeon. 

That is a very specific question that is best answered by your plastic surgeon. I would encourage you to discuss that with him or her as soon as possible. 

Diflucan is safe if your liver function tests are normal and you avoid Tylenol and alcohol as well as take a liver detox supplement such as Silymarin.  Because hypertrophic scars and capsular contracture can contain fungal elements, Diflucan along with the proper perioperative antibiotic may very well decrease capsular contrature and hypertrophic scar formation.
