If the obgyn and plastic surgeon are able to cooperate, is this a possibility? My husband and I have decided that we do not want more kids, and I've wanted a BA for over 10 years. Our health insurance will cover the sterilization thanks to the ACA but we still have to pay out of pocket for the facility fee. If we combine the surgeries together then we would only have to pay one facility fee rather than two separate ones. How would Insurance handle that? Thanks in advance!
