I had my hair transplant 5.5 months ago and i can see about 30% of new hairs. I want to know if more hairs are going to sprout Or the existing hairs will get thicker and how long should i wait for final results. How does my current growth look??

Shedding grafts is a normal process after a hair transplant. Sometime every hair and every graft sheds and does not return until the hair goes into anagen which is usually 5-6 months after a hair transplant is done
It most likely is just the hair being shed now that the graft has established itself. If there's no blood and you're taking the scabs out gently then at 10 days the grafts are strong enough that they won't simply fall out from gentle rubbing.
