I had facial fat transfer 5 months ago. My cheeks and jawline was overfilled and my face is now round and not oval (Photo)

Facial fat transfer 5 months ago. Cheeks are now disproportionate to my face. Large and protrude out too much. The lower area of my face , around the jaw and chin now has a rounded look. What are my options to have this reversed? What are the risks associated with having this reversed ?
