I am beyond thrilled with the results of my tummy tuck from Dr. Chase. He is an exceptionally skilled and attentive surgeon, with an incredible eye for cosmetic detail. His calm, reassuring demeanor made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, and I am so grateful for the warmth and professionalism of his entire staff. Nurse Ashley deserves a special mention, as she conducted all my post-op visits and was amazing from start to finish. After struggling with loose skin from childhood and teenage obesity, I spent much of my 20s feeling self-conscious and uncomfortable in my own body. Choosing Dr. Chase and his team for my procedure was truly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Thanks to their expertise, I now feel empowered and at peace in my skin. The transformation has been life-changing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!
Getting it right the 5th time. Lessons learned. BA #1 1996. From AA to almost B. 300cc silicone.Living in a large city with many choices of plastic surgeons. Did you know that teaching hospitals will perform BA’s at a reduced rate? That a plastic surgery specialty is one of the longest and most intense practice? My surgery was perfect and symmetrical. BA #2 2008. 20 years later. Weight gain. This time I picked out the size I wanted. 500cc. Ivy League doctor. I wake up and start to cry. He inserted 375’s. I am a big girl. The girls look smaller than BA#1. The doctor thought the smaller implants looked more proportioned. HIS version of an esthetic, not mine. I made him do a Mulligan, but I had to wait 2 months. I now have 500’s. BA# 3. I am still unhappy. BA#4 2015. I now live in Florida. I am 65 years old. New husband. Many plastic surgeons to choose from. Once again we look at size options. We decide on 625. The price is ridiculous $15k, but we move forward. Once again, a decent job. Proportioned. But the incremental difference is unnoticable. The outcome is disappointing. My doctor says nothing. BA#5 2020. I now live in Tennessee. Good surgeons hard to find. Add Covid to the mix. Lots of demand. Very little supply. Long waits for appts. I travel a great distance to Memphis. I am now 70 yo. Too old for yet another BA? I am told I need an internal bra. And webbing. Estimated cost is over $22,000. Office is rude and disinterested. Doctors are qualified but eccentric. This is where RealSelf was instrumental in setting up appointments. And yes, there is a God. I find Dr.Chase. Located at the opposite end of Tennessee.s Office staff is great. Dr.Chase actually listens. Cute office. On site surgery center. We talk size. The largest silicon in the preferred brand is 800cc. I want them. At 5’9”and 165lbs, they are not too large. Dr. Chase did a fabulous job. A combination of under & over muscle. He worked within my time schedule. He gave me what I wanted. The girls are perfect. He listened. !!! It took over 35 years to get it right. Do not give up. Do not give in. Sorry this review is so late.

Dr. Chase is an amazing surgeon. I went to him for a tummy tuck and mastopexy/breast reduction. I can’t tell you how pleased I am at only 4 and half weeks post surgery. He exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Dr. Chase to anyone looking for the best plastic surgeon. He was always very thorough and listened to provide the best possible care for me.His staff is amazing and always so concerned and sweet and I look forward to seeing them. The surgery has been well worth it for me.
Dr Chase was very informative during my recent tummy tuck consultation and all of the staff makes you feel very welcome and are super friendly! His before and after results are amazing! I highly recommend him to anyone.
I've wanted to get a breast reduction since... probably for about the last 15 years. The only thing I can think about is, that before now, it was not meant to happen. Here I am, mid 40's in age, a size 36 JJ (maybe a little smaller since I lost 50 pounds) but still very top-heavy. I am like many here in my boob history (I've always been boob-a-licious) so I won't bore you with all of that. Just know that I finally have the right insurance (that doesn't have an exclusionary clause), the right doctor and I've lost enough weight to see that my boobs would not decrease in size without surgery... I'm so excited and tons of fear/anxiety. Updated on 22 Nov 2019: Long story short... I had my surgery on 11/14/19. Had to check in at 5:30am; surgery began on time at 8:30am... Surgery lasted 4 hours and I was in recovery for a couple hours. I was in pain as we headed home but Tylenol took the edge off so we could get my pain medication and Oral antibiotics. Believe it or not, I was a bit hungry when I got home and ate soup/bread... then I drifted off to La-la-land for the rest of the night. Fast forward to 3am: I thought I could get to the restroom alone. My husband was sleeping and my mom was upstairs. Well, I passed out in the bathroom. Not sure if it was from the anesthesia or pain or what... not a great feeling. Word to the wise... for the first few days, you will need help completing your activities of daily living. Oh... I have drains and doctor said I would get them removed in a week. I added a couple before pics...two of which were when I was in the hospital right before my surgery. Updated on 28 Nov 2019: So about day 4-5, I had to decide between pain management and going to the potty... the anesthesia and pain meds can certainly make “movement” very difficult. I was in so much pain (trying to go to the potty), I thought I was going to have to go back to the hospital for help. It was so bad that I kept thinking “I worked hard to lose weight to get under a 34 BMI, had a successful breast reduction as far as I could tell, and now I’m going to pass away right here in the bathroom.” Soooo funny but not funny. I was able to get some relief by staying hydrated... stool softeners, a colon cleanser and an enema. Omg. Sorry for all the details but I’m telling you that the struggle was real. My advice to everyone: stay ahead of the pain but taking Tylenol instead of the Rx pain meds might be just as effective. And drink lots of water.... Updated on 2 Dec 2019: Hi all... I am posting pics that were taken about 14 days post op (so about 11/28/19) I have another appointment tomorrow and I’m sure they will remove a couple more sutures sticking out... I’m a little concerned as I don’t want any openings. So I’m being prayerful...
As I have gotten older, I noticed some volume loss in my face, giving me a gaunt appearance. Using Sculptra, Dr Chase has been able to replace enough volume in all the right areas to give me the healthy, more youthful appearance I had a few years ago.
Dr. Chase and his staff are awesome! They have taken great care of me and addressed all.of my concerns. My results are far beyond what I expected. Anytime I have a question they are quick to answer even if it is in the middle of the night. I highly recommend him! Thank you Dr. Chase and staff!
Done my consult 11/01/2018 with Dr. Chase! He was wonderful and so were his staff. He listens and addresses all concerns while giving feedback as to what is the best for you. We decided on 450cc (maybe higher) moderate mentor silicone implants. I’m already a DD but I’ve breastfed 2 children so I’ve lost all volume! Updated on 22 Dec 2018: Same day as surgery! One of these include my before photo. I originally decided on 425 cc hpx profile. I ended up getting a 650 in one breast and a 700 in the other and only high profile instead. dr. Chase tried different implants while I was under to determine what would best suit my body and give me the results I was wanting. Updated on 22 Dec 2018: One day post op. Had to wash my bra Bc it had some blood on it and also change my gauze. Steri strips are still on. I’m also taking antibiotics, pain medication as needed, at night I take Tylenol pm so I can save my pain meds and get some rest. I’m not hurting as bad as I originally was the day of surgery. My chest still feels really tight and it’s difficult to yawn or take a deep breath.
I had my old saline implants removed from 16 years ago and replaced with silicone and a breast lift..in March of this year went from a D cup to a full C I Love my results... I have healed beautifully...you cannot see my scars... Dr Chase is the very Best and his staff is as well ! Would highly recommend this Group.
Absolutely, best option is to come in for a complimentary consultation so we can asses in person and be able to grab at the skin. Pictures can be hard to detect, but another option would be microneedling skinpen to help stimulate collagen and bring up sagging skin. Another option is skin care like a Necktight or Firming Serum to visibly tighten the skin and restructure your face. Call 423-624-0021 to come in for a complimentary consultation.
Surgery is always an amazing option, but there is a non-surgical approach to help. This is with Emsculpt Neo, it burns stubborn fat while building muscle. When we have dimpling there is a muscle loss we want to address and the fat burning would help with any rolls or areas poking out. Call 423-624-0021 to see how we can get you started and help further your results.
Absolutely there are ways to tighten the skin with microneedling and skin care. Medical grade skin care Zo Skin Health and SkinCeuticals both have an amazing product to help visibly tighten the skin. Zo Skin Health's product is called Firming Serum working on a deeper level to have the cells work faster to bring collagen and to firm the skin to visibly tighten and remove sagginess. SkinCeuticals Necktight is formulated to tight the skin around the neck so many of us have gotten from looking down at our phone or at computers. Call 423-624-9371 to get more information on the skincare and treatments.
Hydrafacials or even basic facials should be done once a month. Think of it like going to the dentist to get a cleaning. Our skin is the largest organ and exposed to environmental things daily. Our pores hold on to things from pollution that need to be cleaned out to have a healthy skin barrier.
Hydrafacial has a vortex tip to push in and pull out. There is a gunkie jar that shows how it pulls out whiteheads, or even different impurities in the skin. If there are still white heads during the treatment, we can do manual extractions. The difference in whiteheads and blackheads is excess sebum. Sebum is congestion and oil in the skin. With that the hyadrafacial will pull out a majority of it, but doing exfoliation accelorators will help the pores to clean out more effectively. Zo Skin Health has an amazing line of exfoliations to help. We also have these in our office and you can always come in for a skin analysis and can call 423-624-0021 to make an appointment.
