Finally getting my long-awaited reduction!!

I've wanted to get a breast reduction since... probably for about the last 15 years. The only thing I can think about is, that before now, it was not meant to happen. Here I am, mid 40's in age, a size 36 JJ (maybe a little smaller since I lost 50 pounds) but still very top-heavy. Done my consult 11/01/2018 with Dr. Chase! He was wonderful and so were his staff. He listens and addresses all concerns while giving feedback as to what is the best for you. We decided on 450cc (maybe higher) moderate mentor silicone implants. I’m already a DD but I’ve breastfed 2 children so I’ve lost all volume! Updated on 22 Dec 2018: Same day as surgery! One of these include my before photo. I originally decided on 425 cc hpx profile. I ended up getting a 650 in one breast
