Question

I've had a wide neck/trapezius ever since i was a kid. Im 25 now. Im a slim guy with a wide neck and it looks terrible. There is no fat present in my neck or trapezius area, its all muscle. I dont want botox, as its only temporary. Im looking for a permanent non invasive procedure that can somehow burn or slim down excess muscle in these areas, in order to achieve a normal looking slim neck which would match my body. Thanks

Beside Botox there is no other way to reduce bulk and contour muscle but surgical reduction. That will require placement of the scars on the back. In person or teleconference consultation with a board.Certified plastic surgeon who may have some knowledge about this problem, is recommended.

Yours is a congenital trait and removing the muscles would not work well for your neck and head. Botox is a safer thing that can be done to help decrease the size of the muscle. However, it will make the muscle a little weaker. You need these muscles.
