I had a breast augmentation a few years ago. The surgeon doesn't use sizers, we predetermine the size ahead of time. I Chose 400cc. (Which is all in writing which i have.) When i awoke from surgery i asked for the size card and it said 450cc. I mentioned this to him at the follow ups and is faced turned red and he apologized saying this has never happened before. I still feel they're too large. Whats the size difference for 50cc? Is a discounted revision a realistic expectation?

Hi there,Thanks for your question! It appears you do have a bit of breast ptosis (or a fancy way of saying your areolas point downwards!) This can be corrected by moving your areolas into a more central position on your chest. Hope that helps!
