I think you are right one side may be bottoming out slightly. It sounds like your surgeon should be well equipped to manage this issue which is not uncommon. He is likely to revise that side which should involve Reinforcing the soft tissue on that side so that it can hold the weight of the implant.

Yes, your right implant is bottoming out, meaning that your inframammary fold structures have been violated and your implant is falling down below where your breast should end (assuming the scar was in your fold to begin with). This can be fixed, with repair of the inframammary fold structures and likely the use of an internal mesh bra such as Galaflex. This is typically successful, but there is always a small chance of recurrence of this problem. Best of luck!

It appears that your right implant is lower, as well as imframammary fold. Lifting the IMF up, in the same position as contralateral breast, will create more symmetry and hide visible scar. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Clearly your left breast has bottomed out. Both of your breasts should look like your right side. I am sure when you see your surgeon he will propose an operation to correct this. Good luck.

That’s a really great result! What you’re asking to have done is pretty straightforward and reasonable. I would expect your surgeon to agree to do it but there could be a small fee

Your implant has bottomed out and dropped below the fold. This can be corrected. You might need an internal bra for added support. Sagging breast tissue does not hold well for long term.

From your photos, I note a discrepancy in the level of the folds beneath the breasts. The right implant sits lower on the chest wall and you appear to have "bottomed out". A revisional surgery will elevate the implant higher on the chest, allowing the skin and soft tissue to redrape and conform, placing the scar at the level of the fold. 15% of cosmetic surgeries require a secondary touch up procedure to achieve the best result.
The outfit in your photo is not suited for post mastopexy patients as it minimizes the positive and maximizes the negative!
