Will the donut (Benelli, periareolar) lift with a very small implant be enough for me? (Photos)

Based on your photos, I believe that a circumvertical lift will give you a good aesthetic due to the larger volume of your breasts; however, you may not need a lift at all at this time. Please keep in mind that the effects of a breast lift are not permanent, and thus the breasts will start to drop again due to the affects of gravity. I recommend speaking with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

No, absolutely not. A Benelli lift will not give you that appearance, and the addition of a breast implant will not help the Benelli lift in any way. You may only have a scar around your areolar perimeter, but you will be left with abnormal and unattractive breast with little lift or perkiness. You need a real breast reduction and lift, and you will get a beautiful breast shape with fine scars.

Interesting question and Yes! Especially considering that your ideal breast is not completely lifted. A donut lift might even lift your breast a little more that what you show on your send photo. Small implants will help avoid excess weight and will help with fullness as well. I think that the right size implant plus an aggressive donut lift should give you very good results!

Thank you for your question. You are right nipple is lower than your left. Because of this, your right breast needs to be lifted more than your left, and a donut mastopexy is not going to be powerful enough to give you a great shape. You are a very good candidate for a vertical breast lift and can avoid an implant in so doing. Good luck.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

A periareolar lift will not lift your nearly as much as you demonstrate and will cause the areolae to stretch out. The lollipop lift is a far better option. Just bear in mind that all plastic surgeons don’t know how to do it and so they may revert to doing the periareolar lift.

No, you will need at least the vertical lift. For extra upper breast fullness, an implant can be added. However, this will make your breast even heavier and you may sag more later. You might consider a small reduction instead for better long term results.

Based on the goals demonstrated in the photos you will not have the results you are wanting with a Benelli lift. It does not appear that an implant is needed unless you want more volume. If you are looking for improved upper pole fullness you can consider auto augmentation which uses your own tissue to provide this. Hi and welcome to our forum!From your photos, I note that your breasts are relatively symmetric, and are of ample volume. The distance from the top of the breast bone to the nipple is increased. The distance from the nipple to the fold beneath the breast is increased. The nipples reside at the level of the fold beneath the breasts, there is loss of superior breast pole volume, and there is moderate sag.I do not feel that a Benelli lift will provide a satisfactory result as it only provides 1.5-2 cm of "lift". Attempting more will result in pancaking of the breasts, adverse areolar scarring, and areolar enlargement.A full pattern breast lift will elevate the nipple areolar complex into anatomic position, will remove excess skin, will restore superior pole volume, and will conify the shape of the breasts. I don't think you require an implant. Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.Best wishes...
