I am looking to get breast implants as I would like a little more volume in the top of my breasts. Im 5"2, 70kg, slim but bottom heavy) I am currently a smaller 34 E I would like to go a tiny bit bigger(1/2 - 1 cup size) but want a very natural look. I have been told I am suitable for an anchor lift with implants but I am a little worried about the prominent scar going through my boobs. Would it be possible to go without a lift? And What size implants would you recommend ?

Answer: Donut Lift I do not recommend a donut lift under any circumstance as it does not actually adequately lift the breast. Be very careful about proceeding with any surgeon who recommends that type of breast lift procedure.

Answer: Breast lift Dear D Londonx, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
