Thanks for your question! If you are happy with the volume of your breasts, a breast lift might be an option. If you wanted smaller and lifted, a reduction might be an option. Implants will be challenge because in order to get upper pole fullness, you would need a sizeable implant. Good luck!

If your goal is to get perkier breasts, then a lift would be sufficient. Implants wouldn’t be necessary unless you want significantly rounder breasts.

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

I would recommend a breast lift only. You have plenty of volume. An implant is not necessary in my opinion based on these photos alone.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

You have plenty of breast tissue, so you might consider a lift or even a small reduction, which includes the lift. Please remember that the quality of your tissue cannot be changed. You have stretched and sagging tissue now and will have the same tissue after surgery. Adding more weight will give more sagging in the future.

Thank you for your question. You are young and I’m not certain that the scars of a breast lift would necessarily enhance your overall appearance. I also don’t believe an implant, based on your photographs, would serve you well. I think your best option would be to see a board certified plastic surgeon. There are plenty of excellent plastic surgeons in the UK so I would urge you to seek an opinion at home as a first step. Good luck!

From your submitted photos you appear to be a good candidate for a breast lift. This would remove excess skin and raise the position of the nipple areola complex. If you are wanting more upper pole fullness you can consider auto augmentation which uses your own tissue to accomplish this. It does not appear you would need an implant unless you are wanting more volume.

Hi and welcome to our forum!From your photos, I note that you appear to demonstrate relatively large symmetric breasts. The distance from the top of the breast bone to the nipples is increased and the distance from the nipples to the fold beneath the breasts is also increased. The nipples reside below the fold at the bottom of the breasts, there is loss of superior pole breast volume, and you demonstrate a moderate degree of sag. A full pattern breast lift will elevate the nipple areolar complexes into anatomic position, will remove excess skin, will restore superior pole volume and will conify the shape of the breasts. You do not require an implant. You may even wish to consider a breast reduction if you suffer from neck, shoulder, back pain, or bra strap grooving.Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.Best wishes...
