You have enough volume and do not need implants. You need a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

Depending on how large you went your breasts to be, I would recommend a breast lift or breast reduction for you. I think you have enough breast tissue He had a nice result without an implant. I do not think that any of these procedures are able to address all the stretch marks that you have because the skin that the stretch marks are on would not be removed in any of those procedures.

Hello Fierce300891.Yes, you are a candidate for a breast lift, to elevate the nipple and areola, adjust the excess skin improve the shape and even size.If you want to increase size we can use an implant for fuller breasts.Unfortunately, we can´t get rid of the stretch marks.

You seem to have large breast for your torso, based on these photos. Do you want them larger? Lift with large breasts does not last very long even with different, mash supported techniques. One of the options is to do reduction of breast to decrease amount of breast tissue and than place implants to compensate for "volume loss". While breast tissue responds to gravity and bottoming out is seen very frequently with heavy breasts, implant do not. In person consultation with al least two, board certified plastic surgeons, is recommended. Good luck.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

You would actually do very well with a breast reduction which does include the lift. You have plenty of breast tissue. With sagging skin, I would not suggest adding more weight with implants. Sagging tissue, even if lifted, does not hold well long term. Going smaller would be best.

From your photos it appears you are a good candidate for a breast lift. This would remove excess skin as well as reduce and reposition the nipple areola complex. You may be a candidate for auto augmentation where your own tissue is used to create upper pole fullness. I would not recommend adding an implant unless you would like more volume. If you are intending to lose more weight I encourage you to complete that goal prior to surgery as significant weight loss in the future could impact your results.

Based on your photos and your post I think you would be a good candidate for a breast lift. You have pretty large breasts to start, the issue just seems to be their position and shape. I think that by performing a lift you would have a very nice post operative result. I would not be so concerned with the thin skin and healing. The stretch marks are most likely not going to go away unfortunately. In regards to the need for an implant, I do not think you will need one unless you are looking to increase the size of your breasts. Good luck.

From your photos, I note that you demonstrate large asymmetric breasts, both demonstrating an increased distance from the top of the breast bone to the nipples, and an increased distance from the nipples to the fold beneath the breasts. The nipples reside below the level of the fold beneath the breasts and you demonstrate moderate-significant sag. There is loss of superior pole breast fullness. The areolae are enlarged and are laterally displaced. Stretch marks indicate the presence of permanently damaged overstretched skin usually occurring during pregnancy or significant weight fluctuation where when pregnant or overweight, the skin's dermal elastic fibers rupture, resulting in the loss of elasticity (like an old rubber band) and the development of streaks on the skin surface. The skin will stretch over a greater surface area and will predispose to further sagging.A full pattern breast lift will place the nipple areolar complexes into anatomic position and will reduce their diameter, will remove excess skin, will restore superior pole breast fullness, and will conify the shape of the breasts. You do not require a breast implant. You may wish to consider breast reduction if you are experiencing neck, shoulder,or back pain.Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.Best wishes...
