Rhinoplasty & hernia - is it safe to continue with the procedure?

Hello, I’m an adult female looking to get a Rhinoplasty. Recently I’ve had a CT scan and discovered that I have “small bilateral fat containing Bochdalek hernias”. I’m doing more research on Bochdalek hernias since this is new to me, but I wanted to know if any Board Certified surgeon had experience working with a patient who’s had one as well? Is it safe to continue with the procedure? Will the intubation affect the hernia in any way? Your comments and thoughts are highly appreciated. Thanks!
