Can I have a rhinoplasty done before Bimax Jaw Surgery?

I am going to have Bimax Jaw Surgery in about 2 years but I want to do rhinoplasty before, I only don’t know if that would be a good idea? I want to do a Hump Removal and the Bimax Jaw Surgery addresses maloclussion 2 and there will be genioplasty done during that procedure. Only that 2 years of waiting is quite long so I honestly don’t know what to do
