What could have caused my unnatural tip and visible dents? (photos)

I’ve had a revision rhinoplasty and the doctor projected my tip by 1mm and made my tip too thin, narrowing the sides of the tip. He said he didn’t made any additional sutures, just took off some fibrosis. But now my tip is visibly narrower and there are visible dents on the sides of my tip, leaving a unnatural look. Is this fixable? Can you imagine what happened so these dents appear? My point is now in a triangular shape that I dislike a lot
