I’m generally pretty happy with my looks, but I’ve always been insecure about the lower third of my face. I’ve always seemed to have a lot of skin/flesh there or something, and the result is that my jawline appears sort of rounded and heavy (even though my BMI is 19). This isn’t my bone structure — when I pull back the skin, it reveals a much sharper jawline. How can I get rid of all of this? Would I be a good candidate for buccal fat removal/masseter botox?

Need to see whole face and skin texture do decide. Buccal fat removal may be an option. But may need more than that such as a facelift, necklift, etc. Buccal fat reduction relies on good skin elasticity and if there is a lot of laxity and soft tissue descent, buccal fat removal is not a good...
