Please help improve my side profile

I really dislike my side profile especially the right side of my face which looks worse than the left and i don't know how to improve my side profile at all. I'm going to get braces very soon to fix my massive overbite but I'm scared getting two wisdom teeth removed will change the shape in my jaw and make it worse. I'm going to get lip filler because my lips are small and asymmetrical so I'm hoping bigger lips will balance out my big nose. I don't know to even start with fixing my side profile. Help

It's not buccal fat, that's for sure. However, without seeing more angles and touching/feeling and seeing the op report to know what kind of face lift you got, I can't say for sure what this actually is. You should ask your surgeon what could be going on.
