Question

I feel I have a very heavy/full lower face. I am 29F 130ibs and 5”9 so I’m not looking to lose weight. I was looking at buccal fat removal to improve my lower face contour. Happy to consider alternatives also. I just don’t like my lower face when I smile and would like more definition

I don't believe that you are a candidate for buccal fat pad reduction. You appear to have wide mandibular angles and I would likely recommend facial slimming of the lower mandibles. Some patients achieve some degree of slimming with Botox injections but I prefer to slim the bone of the lower jaw.

Depending upon your exact area of concern it could be that you need masseter botox to narrow the muscle, or buccal fat removal.  Both together may help.
