I had a facelift brow lift and under eye fat transfer. Healing slowly. Developed this puffiness with a line like something is stopping it from moving. Will it resolve? Is it fat pads. Fluid?

You do have full cheeks and buccal fat removal would have a nice slimming effect on your face. You do have some jowling so a facelift could be done at the same time.
