How to slim sides of mouth? (Photo)

I have fullness on the sides of my mouth. I am not sure if this is buccal fat or jowls. What would be the best way to reduce the volume in this area and get a tighter appearance? I am 41.

It's not buccal fat, that's for sure. However, without seeing more angles and touching/feeling and seeing the op report to know what kind of face lift you got, I can't say for sure what this actually is. You should ask your surgeon what could be going on.
