After losing all the weight, the skin has difficult rebounding on its own. I would recommend another breast lift with new implants and an internal bra (galaflex) for support. You should see a board-eligible or board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive training in aesthetic plastic surgery of the breast.

A side view photo would help. However, based on the front view, your nipples appear to be located above your breast fold. For this reason, a lift may not be necessary. Implants alone may be sufficient to provide more fullness and give your breasts a rounder shape.

An implant exchange would give you more fullness and with the right bra, more cleavage. I do not think you need another lift since your areolas appear to be in a good position above the inframammary fold.

Implants will add volume but they do not change the shape of the breasts. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Best to be seen in person--your nipples look like they are in the right position, but you do have some sagging tissue in the lower part of the breast--probably don't need a full revision lift, but excising some skin from the lower part of the breast would tighten it up and improve the shape. As for increasing size, implants or fat grafting (or a combination of the two) are the options depending on your preferences and goals!

Hi there, thanks for your question! Yes I think you would be an excellent candidate for a breast augmentation for more fullness in your breasts. You may opt for a higher profile in order to get more projection also. I would reccomend an in-person consult with a plastic surgeon!
