I had my breast augmentation last year and there was always some aysmmetry with my breasts. I had 400cc over the muscle. Do they look badly uneven? I know naturally one is more round, higher and slightly smaller than the other one. Would like a second opinion on how they look, if there seems to be any problems.

Answer: Breast Augmentation and Asymmetry No two breasts are the same and almost everyone has some certain degree of asymmetry. Judging by your before photos (thanks for posting those, helps a lot), you had some mild asymmetries to begin with. Your inframammary folds where uneven as where your nipple/areola complexes. You have a very nice after result and I would say your surgeon did a nice job getting you as even as possible. Yes some of the asymmetries that you have before surgery are still apparent, but overall I would say you have a very nice results. Hope that helps.

Answer: BA results Dear Ann12398, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
