I am 5’5”, 117lbs, 45 years old. I breastfed my babies for a total of 5 years. I would like small implants so that I may increase my small B cup breasts to large B cup breasts. I do not wish to venture into the C cup range. What are my options? Thanks in advance!
Answer: Small breast augmentation Thank you for your question and posting an appropriate picture. You are a very good candidate for breast augmentation using small size implants (150 cc) to provide upper pole fullness without overwhelming your breast size. The procedure that could be performed even through the belly button. Best to have a consultation virtually or in person to discuss options. 3-D virtual imaging will be essential to give you a visual of what your postop result would be like.

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: 250cc implant and fat graft will be the most beneficial. It would be good to create a dual plane pocket through inframammary fold incision and insert an implant of about 250cc. If you want a more natural look and feel and better cleavage, it would be better to do fat grafting as well.

Answer: Breast augmentation Thanks for your question! I think that a lower profile implant would be a great option for you. You can restore fullness without going too large. I would suggest an in-person consultation for the best recommendations. Good luck!

Answer: Breast augmentation From the photo provided it appears you are a candidate for breast augmentation. You can elect to have small implants placed to give added volume, without being too large for your thin frame. I encourage you to consider placement under the muscle to help camouflage the upper portion of the implant.

Answer: Size I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined and measured, and actually trying on a variety of sizes so you can see what size you do like.
