I am 5’5”, 117lbs, 45 years old. I breastfed my babies for a total of 5 years. I would like small implants so that I may increase my small B cup breasts to large B cup breasts. I do not wish to venture into the C cup range. What are my options? Thanks in advance!

Answer: Breast augmentation Thanks for your question! I think that a lower profile implant would be a great option for you. You can restore fullness without going too large. I would suggest an in-person consultation for the best recommendations. Good luck!

Answer: Breast augmentation From the photo provided it appears you are a candidate for breast augmentation. You can elect to have small implants placed to give added volume, without being too large for your thin frame. I encourage you to consider placement under the muscle to help camouflage the upper portion of the implant.

Answer: Mini lift with fat transfers or small implants You have 2 problems. One is your breasts are small and the second is your breasts are low on the chest wall. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
