Need to lift my butt crack (Photo)

Allow me to answer your question as best i can based upon your photos. However, please keep in mind that an in-person consultation with physical exam is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final surgical recommendations are made.It's not that your buttock crack is too low as much as it is two other factors: 1) your love handle are proportionally wider and longer than most and 2) your buttock lacks projection. In this situation, I usually recommend liposuction of the love handles to cinch up the waistine and buttock implants to add projection and definition to the buttock - this will help create that desirable "hour-glass" figure.
