No stretch marks, no cellulite, no kids. Just mild laxity all over from over exercising & under eating 6 months ago. Was told by one doctor he could MAYBE do a mini abdominoplasty. I don't know what to do. Careful liposuction? There is very little fat but there is definitely fat (regained some intentionally & am weight lifting.) Tunnel method of micro liposuction all over?
Answer: Mini tt Thanks for the question, I like using VASER to melt the fat and tighten the skin as much as I can and than a lot of the time I will do a skin only removal at the bottom (mini TT). If you wanted to wait a bit the J PLASMA system seems to have a big effect on skin so the combination of plasma and vaser may be the best bet for you if you are really against having skin removed and the associated incisions

If you have some loose skin then it is possible to tighten it with laser-assisted liposuction, but if you have more loose skin than fat, liposuction may not be the right procedure for you. Answer: What type of lipo to tighten my skin? 39 with mild loose skin from rapid (not massive) weight loss. Frequently, subtle differences in anatomy can make one procedure better than another for that individual. Photos or an exam are critical for these determinations.

First and foremost, we have to assess skin elasticity or shrinkage to determine whether tummy tuck or liposuction or even both is the best approach.Just a warning. Mini tummy tuck rarely works due to the natural distribution of loose abdominal skin. Hence, the vast majority of patients will need the hip-to-hip incision to achieve the most natural contour; this results in a curved scar that is easily covered by their underwear. After 6-18 months, most can expect that their scar appears faded into the background.Good luck and best wishes.
