Question

No stretch marks, no cellulite, no kids. Just mild laxity all over from over exercising & under eating 6 months ago. Was told by one doctor he could MAYBE do a mini abdominoplasty. I don't know what to do. Careful liposuction? There is very little fat but there is definitely fat (regained some intentionally & am weight lifting.) Tunnel method of micro liposuction all over?

Thanks for the question, I like using VASER to melt the fat and tighten the skin as much as I can and than a lot of the time I will do a skin only removal at the bottom (mini TT). If you wanted to wait a bit the J PLASMA system seems to have a big effect on skin so the combination of plasma and vaser may be the best bet for you if you are really against having skin removed and the associated incisions

Hard to advise without photos. Liposuction is ideal for well defined areas of fat unaffected by diet and exercise. Tummytuck addresses redundant skin and fat and also tightens stretched abdominal wall muscles after pregnancy.  Sounds like liposuction alone may leave you dissatisfied. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to assist with your decision.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  If you have good skin elasticity, then liposuction may be effective for you.  Vaser or PAL are both good options.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Without any images of your abdomen, it’s hard to say. 
But based off what you described - you could seek out plastic surgeons that have Vaser (ultrasonic waves) vs RFA (radio frequency waves) liposuction - and basically both are different energy sources that help tighten mild loose skin along with liposuction. But again, this isn’t the solution for everyone and is very selective with how loose your skin is and where on the body. 
Otherwise, with no history of pregnancies - a mini tummy tuck could be your best solution to address the mild loose skin.

If you have some loose skin then it is possible to tighten it with laser-assisted liposuction, but if you have more loose skin than fat, liposuction may not be the right procedure for you. If you notice looseness in your skin already, liposuction is likely to make the effects more pronounced rather than improve them. Body contouring surgery is the better option for addressing loose skin.
