Is it possible to alter my waist to hip ratio? I have researched what men find attractive and come up with various articles that state that a waist to hip ratio of 0.6-0.8 is what is considered attractive in various studies, I want to alter myself to a 0.6 waist to hip ratio.. but I have no idea how I would undergo this procedure.. below is a 0.6 wthr.. is this even possible.. how so?
