I queeze & chatter my teeth at night and I also suffered from bulimia when I was younger so my jaw muscles are very large and defined. This year I have gone under 2 surgeries (chin lipo & wisdom tooth removal) which caused my jaw to lock (doctors told me the disk in the socket probably was pushed to the wrong side) and I can barely open my mouth. I also got lingual nerve damage after the wisdom teeth surgery :( My jaw muscles are so big and they hurt. Would botox help reduce the size and pain?

First of all you should not be shopping around for the cheapest but the best. I would charge at least $1600 for this but most important find a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon with experience in this area. Dont go a "spa" or someone who may be cheap but not experienced or...
It could be coincidence on the timing between your injection and the symptoms. I would not necessarily consider this an allergic reaction unless it happens again. I would let your injector know in case they changed their protocol such as the use of a different topical anesthetic.
Thank you for your question and photos. I would wait a good week or two before doing any touchups to balance things out. It is not uncommon for one area to kick in before another.
