I queeze & chatter my teeth at night and I also suffered from bulimia when I was younger so my jaw muscles are very large and defined. This year I have gone under 2 surgeries (chin lipo & wisdom tooth removal) which caused my jaw to lock (doctors told me the disk in the socket probably was pushed to the wrong side) and I can barely open my mouth. I also got lingual nerve damage after the wisdom teeth surgery :( My jaw muscles are so big and they hurt. Would botox help reduce the size and pain?

You appear to be a good candidate but a quick exam would be required to ensure that Botox will work for you. Botox in some cases can also reduce teeth grinding and TMJ related symptoms. Answer: Botox for jaw reduction works well Botox can do a very nice job at reducing the masseter muscle and also making the jaw appear slimmer. I have found that this also works for people who clench or grind their teeth. The results can be subtle at first and will take repeat injections every few months. Seek a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist. It is a very simple thing to do.
