Do you have any tips to reduce size of the masseter/jaw muscle? Would botox be good to reduce teeth chattering at night? (Photo)

Londonprincess
I queeze & chatter my teeth at night and I also suffered from bulimia when I was younger so my jaw muscles are very large and defined. This year I have gone under 2 surgeries (chin lipo & wisdom tooth removal) which caused my jaw to lock (doctors told me the disk in the socket probably was pushed to the wrong side) and I can barely open my mouth. I also got lingual nerve damage after the wisdom teeth surgery :( My jaw muscles are so big and they hurt. Would botox help reduce the size and pain?
