In my hands, it would be unusual to give more than 50 units in one treatment for the three areas that you mentioned.  Typical cost for 50 units in my office would be approximately $600.  You can always do a touch up procedure and add more later if needed, but you can't take it out if you inject more than is necessary. That's my philosophy and it serves my patients well.

I would charge at least $1600 for this but most important find a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon with experience in this area.
