I had my surgery three weeks ago and I was very happy with the results because it was like I had ask for. After two weeks I see very big changes as the swelling went down tip of my nose went very high and you can see my nostrils also I have a "piggy" look. I did not ask for nose to be shortened/raised. Would tip of my nose go down like after surgery? Photos are right after taking of the mask and after two weeks

When your nasal bones are repositioned it is quite common to get bruising under your eyes. Some people bruise more easily than others. Normally, even if you do bruise, it goes away fairly quickly.
Be patient for now. Often the line from the high point of the nose will tighten and straighten over time. Minor bridge refinements can be done but not before 6 months.
I believe you have an inverted V deformity as the bones have not been moved inwards after removing the bump . This will not settle with time and needs surgical adjustment to weaken /break the bones and repair of the upper lateral cartilages
