You seem to have a very good result, but as your surgeon probably told you, you'll have to wait to see final results, more or lest after 6 months. You can expect your tip to drop 1-2mm in the next months to get the final result you were looking for. 

Thanks for your question and I understand your concern. It is extremely common for the nose to upturned (over-rotated) after rhinoplasty. This occurs because of the swelling of the nasal tip. At 3 weeks, it is almost expected to be slightly over-rotated. It will take several weeks to months to settle down. Hang in there, hopefully you will get the results you are looking for. Good luck.
