Boney hump is still there. Any suggestions?

It's too early to worry about the bump. Because of the direct trauma to the bony cartilage in this region swelling can be more pronounced and thusly the impression of a residual bump.

I would encourage you to discuss your concerns with your nose surgeon. It is very common for the nose to have some swelling over the bridge at this time. The bones heal by forming a thickening or callous. This usually will flatten out as the year progresses. Sometimes massage or a steroid injection may help. Your doctor will be able to advise you, if any treatments are indicated.

Absolutely it is too early to assess and for the first 6-12 weeks this could be bony swelling - apply massage and antiinflammatory gel twice daily and wait

Swelling after rhinoplasty is common.  Not unlike a fracture of the wrist or other bone, nasal bone swelling occurs as well following removal of a hump.  It can take several months for this to resolve.  I suggest you check with your surgeon and see if he recommends taping at night.  This will sometimes help improve swelling and ensure the contour or profile you desired

Be patient for now.  Often the line from the high point of the nose will tighten and straighten over time.  Minor bridge refinements can be done but not before 6 months.

You need to be patient after rhinoplasty. 16 days is too early to judge the outcome. Swelling and some scarring in the area can give illusion of bump at this stage.  WAIT. 

You have correctly mentioned that this can be due to swelling.  In the area of a previous hump it is common to see residual swelling at time related to the skin and healing.  You will need to give it several months for swelling to resolve.  If there is a residual hump at that time then a minor revision can be performed.  It is important to keep in close contact and follow up with your surgeon.

The hump appears to be most noticeable on 3/4 view of your right face. The overall height appears good. A true 90 degree lateral view would help determine whether the height is the problem or not. From what I see, it appears that your right nasal bone is slightly wide to the right side, making your nose look like it has a hump. Since you are only 16 days out from rhinoplasty, I would see your surgeon, he may be able to manipulate your nasal bones and narrow this area in the office. If your bones have healed, then it is too late. Some of this may also be swelling which would improve on its own but because you are early in your healing period and the bones tend to be mobile still- Again I would recommend following up with your surgeon.

Even though very early in healing phase I must agree with your issue of residual hump. Allow 3 to 6 months healing than consider revision...Sorry....
