My nose has a bump on both sides. (Right side is bigger) Not sure why it's like this. Can Rhinoplasty fix it? (photos)

I'm really not sure if it's nasal deformity or something else. I've tried looking up the bone for it, but nothing really shows up. The right side has a significantly bigger bump, while the left side is kind of there. I can't find a condition on it nor does it seem to be part of the nasal bone but the surrounding bones?

It is much too early to evaluate your results. Cheek swelling alone could impact mobility with facial animation. Discuss this with your surgeon.

Although the concept sounds good, I would dissuade your from doing a procedure that is not the mainstay of correcting poor nasal tip positioning. No need to experiment with your nose. Please make a consultation or provide photos to get nasal surgery recommendation.
