1 month post-op. Is my tip going to drop if septal extension graft was used? (photos)

You are still extremely early in the recovery period after surgery so it is nearly impossible to draw any definite conclusions regarding your ultimate outcome. Typically after a primary rhinoplasty the nose will lose some of its rotation as it settles and swelling resolves though that being said this is a somewhat unpredictable outcome as well. 

At this time all you and your surgeon can do is practice patience and wait as the swelling resolves, which trust me can be a challenge in itself. I wish you luck and thank you for your questions. 

One month after the type of nasal surgery you underwent is really early in terms of healing.   Please be patient and allow several more months for things to  settle.  Please continue to follow up with your surgeon since he or she knows exactly what they did to your nose with possible intervention at the right time.  Good luck.
