I am 1 month post op and my nose was supposed to be lengthened(down) derotated. Doctor used big septal extension graft and ear cartilage..Right now (1 month post op) my tip is on a higher angle and shorter then before surgery instead lower and longer so I am wondering if I should hope that it is going to come down with time and after swelling goes down..?
