How accurate is it that non-surgical rhinoplasties have caused blindness in patients?

Interested in non-surgical rhinoplasty, however, I've heard on some accounts that it has caused blindness in patients and now I'm having second thoughts. How accurate is that information? Is it worth the risk? Thank you in advance.
