A bulbous nose can be due to the underlying cartilage or the thickness of your skin. Underlying cartilage cannot be changed or manipulated without surgery. If your only issue is skin, skin can be thinned with medications to reduce the skin thickness such as accutane, however this requires careful monitoring as there are potentially problematic side effects from taking the medication.
