Can a non-surgical rhinoplasty address my bridge and flared nostrils?

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (like Voluma, Restylane, Juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose, but surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. Best to see an expert. - Dr. Emer

Thank you for your question. As fillers add volume you don't seem to be a good candidate for a nonsurgical nose job. A physical examination by an experienced Board Certified plastic surgeon could provide best options for you. 

Based on your photo your nose bridge can be defined and the tip reduced and refined. You have a wide nose, to catch the harmony between the dorsum and the tip a wing surgery might be needed, which is the removal of the excessive parts of the alas. Breathing issues can be corrected as well.

 A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish narrowing the bridge line,  and refining the nasal tip.  An alar-plasty is performed to  narrow wide nostrils.  We do not recommend fillers placed in the nose since there are only temporary, and it will make  the nose bigger.
