Hello, I am a 28 year old African American female. I’ve been doing some research on both surgical and non-surgical rhinoplasty options. The risk of a surgical rhinoplasty is putting me off, but I’m unsure if non-surgical rhinoplasty can address my concerns. I mainly want a more defined bridge, less wide tip, and less flared nostrils. I know the non-surgical can address bridge part but what about the nostrils? Is invasive surgery my only option?
