I have 1ml of the filler and the last "re-fill" was in November 2018. I know that this filler lasts from 8 to 12 months but I want to undergo rhinoplasty in the next few months and I will have to dissolve the filler prior to that. Two doctors suggested that I let it dissolve naturally but I want to dissolve it as soon as possible. Are there any potential risks? I have seen that Hyaluronidase causes swelling.

Answer: Hyaluronidase in the nose may lead to rapid dissolution of your HA filler.
You're small dorsal hump may indeed be suited for a non-surgical nose job. In our practice, we prefer microdroplet Silikon 1000 injections for permanent results. Thank you for your question! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
In general, if somebody's nasal profile hump is very large, rhinoplasty surgery may be indicated. If the hump is small, injectable fillers may be considered. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
If you have very thin skin, it is conceivable that any filler could show the color of red blood when light is shined. If the overall contour of your nose is improved, consider a bit of makeup. I hope this is helpful for you. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
