I hate my nose and always have. I would love if my tip was lower and nostrils less visible. From checking online it’s difficult to get a good nose job to fix an over rotated nose. What options do I have?
Answer: Nonsurgical rhinoplasty for an upturned nose I appreciate your question and your photos. Liquid rhinoplasty uses a combination of fillers to create enhancements to the nose without anesthesia or incisions. When performed by an experienced, board-certified dermatologist who is also an expert injector, this treatment can correct a host of imperfections. Those benefits would include minimizing an upturned nose for some patients. I encourage you to find a doctor with extensive experience in liquid rhinoplasty. Through an in-person assessment and detailed discussion of your concerns and goals, you should be able to come up with a treatment plan that meets your needs beautifully.

Answer: Fillers may not be helpful for nasal tip derotation. In your particular case, it may be best to just live with your current nose. You are correct that nasal tip the rotation is a difficult surgical endeavor. Plus, right now you have a cute nasal appearance. Hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Answer: Non-Surgical Nose Job Candidate -- with Fillers (Voluma, Restylane, Juvederm) I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (like Voluma, Restylane, Juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose, but surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. Best to see an expert. - Dr. Emer

Answer: Liquid Rhinoplasty for a Non Surgical Nose Job Hello, and thank you for your question! Your nose could be improved with fillers, but you need to see the right kind of practitioner. A doctor who does not perform surgical rhinoplasties cannot possibly understand the structural dynamics of an aesthetic nose. A plastic and reconstructive surgeon preferably with craniofacial experience has this advantage. I have developed a technique of using filler to balance the facial features, referred to as Aesthetic Facial Balancing. More recently liquid rhinoplasty’s have been in high demand and it has been a popular topic. I asses each patient individually and what changes in their features would improve their aesthetics most. We find that most patients looking for a surgical rhinoplasty end up being a great candidate for a non-surgical rhinoplasty. This technique that I have created allows patients to get similar results as a surgical rhinoplasty, but with very little recovery time (avoiding residual swelling that can last up to one year) and giving them instant results in less than 20 minutes. I use a hyaluronic based filler that is extremely safe for patients, and most patients are a good candidate for a liquid rhinoplasty. I hope that this helps! Wishing you beautiful results, Dr. Rian Maercks M.D.

Answer: Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Thank you for your question. Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses a combination of injectable fillers to create proportion and balance while correcting minor imperfections. When performed by a board-certified dermatologist who is also an expert injector, this procedure can offer dramatic, albeit temporary, improvement. I encourage you to find a doctor who has performed many non-surgical rhinoplasties and schedule an in-person consultation. Through an examination and discussion of your specific needs and goals, you should be able to formulate a treatment plan that offers natural, beautiful results.
