However as a general rule, there are no good nonsurgical options to lift and enhance the buttock.  All injectable fillers that are permanent (eg silicone liquid, PMMA, & hydrogels) have disastrous consequences and all temporary or semi permanent fillers (eg. Hyaluronic acids & Sculptra) are essentially scams and provide minuscule results that melt away within months to a year and cost tens of thousands of dollars for absolutely no results in the end. Hence, the only relatively safe, reliable, and permanent option is buttock implants.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, the buttocks can be augmented using implants or fat transfer. If you want to avoid surgery, you can try exercising in order to build your muscles. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
