hello! I have been thinking of getting a BBL but I’m a little worried about the price, aftercare, and possibly getting a bad result. I already have a pretty big booty so I am wondering if there are any procedures that could make your booty more rounder and lifted without having to get surgery/BBL. thank you!

Some photos of your anatomy would be very helpful before providing any recommendations. However as a general rule, there are no good nonsurgical options to lift and enhance the buttock.  All injectable fillers that are permanent (eg silicone liquid, PMMA, & hydrogels) have disastrous consequences and all temporary or semi permanent fillers (eg. Hyaluronic acids & Sculptra) are essentially scams and provide minuscule results that melt away within months to a year and cost tens of thousands of dollars for absolutely no results in the end. Hence, the only relatively safe, reliable, and permanent option is buttock implants.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, the buttocks can be augmented using implants or fat transfer. If you want to avoid surgery, you can try exercising in order to build your muscles. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Dear Bee,Thanks for the question.  To be honest, there are few if any real options for enhancing the size and roundness of your buttocks without surgery.Injections may enhance the buttocks minimally in the short term (injectables like Radiesse or Sculptra), they are expensive and not permanent.  The use of silicone or other permanent fillers may have disastrous late or long term results/issues.Dr T
