The pictures are not of good quality and I think you would benefit greatly by having an in-person consultation with a plastic surgeon. There is absolutely nothing better than using the patient's own fat for buttocks augmentation but if no fat is available Sculptra provides the best second option. Typically these types of things anywhere in the body or best treated with release of the underlying scar tissue (aka “subcision”) and then filling of the void with fat grafting. Do not waste your time or money with trying “fillers”. Glad to be of help.
