What would be recommended for more volume in the butt.

Yes, Sculptra can be used to improve the shape of the buttocks. Keep in mind, the buttocks need numerous vials of Sculptra over time to build volume, and in some instances the results are subtle and will need to be combined with fat or implants to achieve desired results. The pictures are not of good quality and I think you would benefit greatly by having an in-person consultation with a plastic surgeon. There is absolutely nothing better than using the patient's own fat for buttocks augmentation but if no fat is available Sculptra provides the best second option.
