My experience with Dr. Alexander was great. This is my second procedure at south Florida cosmetic. He did a great job with my 360 lipo and BBL. I’m very pleased with my results even thou it’s been only 4 weeks, I’m still swollen and sore but my result are great so far.

I'm absolutely obsessed with how my boobs came out. I started as an A cup. Timothy and I agreed on 640cc silicone implants under the muscle. I couldn't be more satisfied. At first my boobs looked a mess, overtime my boobs dropped naturally and settled great. I'm 4- 5 months post op.

I had been back and forth on a mommy makeover for sometime. The more weight I lost the worse my body looked. I was ready for a clean slate. I found south Florida cosmetic surgery Center. The entire process was so easy. I love my results. Dr Alexander did an amazing job.

Healing process is going very well. I’m on my third compression vest. It’s helping my waist trim down and is helping the swelling. My boobs look amazing. There are some sharp pinching pains here and there.

I feel really good. I am back at the gym. My scar is a little raised on the left side. Nothing is opened but it’s healing quite nice. I do have a little swelling still. Boobs are healing quite nice. One has dropped a little more than the other.

I am three months post op. My body is really taking shape. My boobs have dropped a little more and they look fantastic. My nipples are almost completely healed. My incision looks mostly healed. My incision looks lighter in color as well. I go to the gym 6 days a week. It is really helping my body. I wear a compression garment still for at least 8 hours a day. I’m very happy with the process and overall healing of my body.

As I am approaching 50, I wanted to treat myself to a butt lift and lipo of my hips, stomach, and back. After researching other providers based on recommendations from friends and family, I decided on Dr Alexander base don his years of intl experience and working with MTF. His work is based is based on your body type and I wanted subtle changes and nothing extreme or obvious.

So happy with my results Dr Alexander was amazing staff was amazing the aneastiologist was amazing I'm really happy, was nervous at first but oven been to him before in the past and did a lot of research, Don't let bad reviews turn u away go with your gut

Breast lift with silicone implants and a tummy tuck with Lipo on flanks. I've had surgery before which was a BBL that came out great but since I have 2 kids my belly has a pouch mostly noticeable when I sit. So I knew I would have to get a tummy tuck someday. So here comes my day. I'm nervous but I'm trying to be calm because my blood pressure tends to go up when I'm anxious and that will mess up all the plans I have. That being said May the Glory of God be with me and anyone else getting operated!

The reason why I’ve been on the recliner is one because it’s Amazing it helps me stand and two my bed is super high and 3 it really isn’t that bad sleeping in it. Recovery has been boring but let’s face it better boring than complicated.

Did my first bowel movement on day 3 it hurt a bit and it was a lot. I was reading before I got the tummy tuck to take stool softeners they work wonders ladies take them early not when you already feel constipated

Been 6 days going to 7 tomorrow and I don’t regret it at all. I can’t wait for this journey!!
I do miss sleeping in the same bed with my husband since im stuck on the power lift reclining chair :(
But i tried the bed today and since it’s waaay to high it just didn’t work out!

Wasn’t told how to clean it but I’ve been using dial white original antibacterial soap and drying it of with hair drier set on cold

At first I was super scared because the tape made it seem worse than it is. I mean don’t get me wrong it still looks scary to me but the fact that it’s finically drying up has me super happy & grateful with God for having control of everything

This been a bumpy road for me. Yes I was aware this happens! But no I wasn’t ready for it to happen to me. I’ve cried a lot can’t lie about it. I’m just ready for it to heal and close up as soon as possible. So I could feel like myself again.

Very awesome doctor. I am extremely pleased with my 325cc breast implants. He gave me a very full and natural look for my slim frame. The operation was quick and painless! I’m always getting compliments about how Perfect my breast are. Thanks doctor Alexander!

Although the doesn’t speak much, he tells you what needs to be told. Very smooth procedure and it happened like lighting. The size I requested he gave me a brutally honest response and let me just say I appreciate the size he gave me instead I’ve always planned on having him as my surgeon but the results solidified that he is the best surgeon especially when it comes to the T Girls! I flew in just for him thank you for my perfect job post care was also a breeze

Dr. Timothy Alexander is amazing. I read a couple reviews that say he doesn't speak much or comes off a bit cold. Honestly, I wasn't looking for him to be my best friend. I chose him because he has years and years of experience. He knows what he's doing. I went in with a pretty flat chest, I have a large frame so I knew I wanted breasts that would fit. I am 5'8, 200 lbs and he suggested to go with 800 ccs. I was completely shocked. I knew nothing about breast implants but I atleast thought 400 ccs was huge so for him to suggest double I was thinking I'd come out looking like dolly parton. Nonetheless, I put the little I knew about sizes aside and I made the call to trust him. Again, he has done this for years and years. He knows exactly what he's doing. All I knew was that I wanted breasts that looked good on me. So I went ahead with the surgery and I am so unbelievably happy. This was the absolute best decision I could have ever made. He ended up doing 900 ccs and my breasts look amazing and they feel so real which is shocking.They are perfect and I love them. I am grateful for Dr. Alexander and South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery.

My journey with my surgery has been a long road. My journey started when I hit my two years on HRT (hormone replacement therapy) I told myself I wasn’t going to do any surgery until after I hit my two years on HRT. I always knew I wanted to go to Dr. Timothy Alexander. For years I have always heard he was good at what he does for transgender women. Prior to me going to him I was going to go to another surgery center (which will remain nameless as I have had a bad experience with them of trying to charge me extra money because I am transgender after I paid in full.) but I am not here to glorify them or their brand or business. So I made the call, I spoke with Donna and she was extremely professional. I made my consultation appointment Where I met with Donna and the doctor himself. Where we discussed the surgery, possible size and of course payment. It was also here where I was told that my breast development Had taken the shape of what they call in the medical field tuberous Breast. And I was told that I will need an additional step in the surgical procedure to correct that shape call a circumareolar mastopexy (Benelli Lift) And that would cost an additional fee. Once I made my payment I did my blood work and I was all set for surgery. The day of my surgery was scheduled for 6 AM I arrived prepped and ready they took a urine sample gave me everything I needed to dress in and inserted my IV and I was out for the count. I woke up in the recovery room I don’t remember feeling pain just pressure on my chest. I went to my postop appointment were once again I met with Donna and the doctor himself I was given 900cc Saline implants I told him to go as big as I can go. I was very happy with the entire process of the procedure. At the time of writing days, I am eight months postop and happy as ever thank you, Donna, and thank you Timothy Alexander and I would definitely recommend both of them to anyone especially a transgender woman.
