Dr. Timothy Alexander is amazing. I read a couple reviews that say he doesn't speak much or comes off a bit cold. Honestly, I wasn't looking for him to be my best friend. I chose him because he has years and years of experience. He knows what he's doing. I went in with a pretty flat chest, I have a large frame so I knew I wanted breasts that would fit.
