I've been insecure about my hips dips for a long time , and I know having a fat transfer would be too much , I don't want my butt to look so huge .
Answer: Sculptra for hip dips...Do Not Waste Your Money! I have unfortunately had many patients come to me after having their high hopes for buttock or hip augmentation crushed by measly Sculptra results or other "fillers" such as Renuva and Juvederm, etc. Other than the fact that these are not FDA approved for buttock injections, here are some critical points of awareness: 1) they all are temporary, lasting 1.5 - 2 years at very most, 2) if done correctly dermal fillers like Sculptra ir Renuva are cost prohibitive for 99% of potential buttock augmentation patients. In order to create a significant/noticeable result with a dermal filler, at least 200 ccs of product must be injected into each buttock cheek (100 ccs for each hip dip) for a total of 400 ccs (200 ccs). At $1000 per ml, this equates to a minimum price of $400,000.00 ($200,000.00). Thus if your doctor is recommending to put in ONLY 20 or 40 mls of these fillers you will pay $20,000-$40,000 and get an insignificant miniscule result! (eg. like a “drop in the ocean” effect), 3) Do not let anybody tell you that the product is so special that it's going to magically grow over the following months or years...this just doesnt happen to any noticeable degree!, 4) dermal fillers, when injected in large quantities, have a relatively high infection rate, guaranteed tendency to migrate away from the original area they were injected into, and almost always stimulate a lot of inflammation with a subsequent and disastrous amount of scar tissue/hardening, and 5) the one very serious complication that can rarely happen is "embolism" in which some of the filler gets into the blood stream and travels up into the lungs, heart, and/or brain causing serious problems, including death. The only relatively safe, reliable, and permanent option for buttock and hip augmentation is with implants. Hope I at least saved you some money and maybe even your life.

Answer: How many vials of sculptra would I need to fill out my hip dips? Thank you for your question and photos. The short answer is way too many vials at a huge cost. You would do best with VASER Hi Def Lipo of your torso and a Brazilian Buttock Lift. This is permanent as opposed to the temporary solution you are asking about. You have significant amount of fat on your back and excess fat on upper hips which makes the buttocks look too high.See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

Answer: Sculptra Sculptra unlike other fillers increases volume as it induces collagen production. So the solution itself is not the one that produces the added volume. The process relies on the body's natural collagen production. It induces the body to produce collagen. The chances of it looking natural are very high because of this too. And so, because of this, we will never promise or guarantee that a certain number of syringes/vials will be sufficient to reach your goals. This will depend on your individual response to treatment. You may start with 10-12, and then decide whether you want more or not.

Answer: Say good bye to hip dips ! Definitely, hip dips needs many vials, it all depends on the body as well. Sculptra is a collagen stimulating filler who can achieve augmentation in the area where its placed it requires several vials, and you must place them every 30 to 45 days, the results last over 3 years and you will find they are progressive so you need to compare and evaluate every follow up to know how many vials you will need in every session. There is nothing better than a surgical bbl, if thats not an option then you need to do a good plan and follow up with your doctor to achieve your desired results

Answer: Fat Transfer or Dermafiller injection Hip dips (scientifically known as trochanteric depressions) are basically inward curves on the outer, upper thighs, just below the hip bone due to a space between the hip bone and the thigh bone. Hip dips are a part of your normal bone structure, and while you can enhance your body shape through exercise and diet, they won’t make them completely go away as you cannot change your bone structure. Apart from dieting and exercising, some medical procedures such as dermafiller injection or fat transfer would improve the overall appearance of hip dips, but again result varies according to individual and they may not be completely go away. Do arrange for a face to face consultation with a certified doctor, it would be a good start. Cheers and hope it helps.
